REVIEW: Man, I love Macao Imperial Tea

I recently just discovered this milk tea house in Lucky Chinatown Mall called “Macao Imperial Tea.” It’s at the mall’s second floor.

If you’ve been following my social media pages or you’re my friend, you should know by now how much I love milk tea. I basically live to try all milk tea brands/shops.

March 11, 2018 is when I came across Macao Imperial Tea and decided to give their beverages a try. I was actually heading to Happy Lemon but then I came across this tea house so I think it’s destiny’s work lol!

During my first visit, I tried their Creamcheese and Pearl Milk Tea for P100. They only have one size for their beverages.

Man, it’s super worth the price. This Creamcheese and Pearl Milk Tea has this distinct and unique taste but once it reaches your mouth, you’ll know it’s LEGIT milk tea. Hindi lang siya yung powdered milk tea. It’s like the classic milk tea then meron siyang creamcheese blend na parang nestle cream ang texture and it tastes milky and slightly salty like Nature salt and it balances the sweetness ng milk tea.

March 22, 2018, I came back here again to try some other beverage and I chose to try their Creamcheese Milk Tea for P120.

I really like the cup of this one. It’s actually durable, pwede siya iuwi and gamitin ulit.

The taste? It’s fine pero I still prefer the Cheesecake and Pearl Milk Tea. Ito kasing Cream Cheese Milk Tea is like Cheesecake and Pearl Milk Tea pero halo na siya, blended na siya maigi. Yung CPMT kase separated yung cream from the milk tea, itong CMT parang nablender na siya plus mas mafefeel mo yung rock salt sa drink kase may buo buo talagang rock salt.

November 2018, my heart went back to Macao Imperial Tea when I tried their Cream Cheese Uji Matcha na super sarap like it’s not milk tea pero it’s creamy and the leafy taste ng Matcha is there though medyo pricey siya, I think it’s worth the try.

Top Flavor Picks:

• Chestnut Series: Chestnut Cocoa

• Cream Cheese Series: Cream Cheese Uji Matcha

• Milk Tea Series: Cheesecake and Pearl Milk Tea

• Special Drink: Kitten Milk Tea

• Soda Series: Over the Rainbow

In summary:

Taste: 4.8/5

Packaging/Cup: 4.8/5

Price: 3.7/5 (Price went up around July 2018!)

Will go back again? Yes

Will recommend? Yes
